The Professional Services team at Zeta drafts head notes for a number of legal publishers. The 40 member team tackles head notes drafting for High Court and Supreme Court Cases, in areas as challenging as Taxation.

Writing head notes is an art, it involves equal parts legal skills, language skills and writing skills. A head note to a judgment should give a bird’s eye view of the interpretation found in that judgment, explain it, support it with adequate context and deliver the message with sufficient impact to register long term.
